Clinical Psychologist Simay Leblebici received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Middle East Technical University and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She practices within the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, structuring her work around patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
 
She completed her internship at Balıklı Rum Hospital and has worked with clients in private clinics as well as on online platforms throughout her professional career. Her primary areas of focus include anxiety disorders, stress and performance pressure, burnout, self-esteem difficulties, traumatic experiences, and emotion regulation challenges. In addition, she works on topics such as decision-making under stress, mental workload and cognitive fatigue, emotional resilience, and psychological flexibility.
 
She currently serves as the psychologist for the TALPA - MDA, with a particular focus on the psychological processes specific to aviation professionals working in high-responsibility and high-performance environments.
 
Her professional approach is grounded in scientific evidence, offering a structured and psychologically safe space for clients.

About

Senior psychological counselor and clinical psychologist Çağla Küçük is an ISST approved schema therapist. She was graduated from Guidance and Psychological Counseling department of Adnan Menderes University. Then she gained her master’s degree with thesis at Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Bahcesehir University and MSc at Clinical Psychology from Rumeli University. She has received education and training from different psychotherapy ecoles. As an elementary and middle school psychological counselor, she had worked with children, teenagers and parents. Currently, she is pursuing her psychotherapy sessions with adults in schema therapy in person and online.
