CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This Clarification Text; prepared by the Turkish Airline Pilots Association Economic Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as “TALPA”), which acts as the data controller, also prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), makes explanations and informs about the processing of the personal data you shared during your request to participate in the “TALPAMDA” program.
• Purpose of Processing the Personal Data: Your personal data collected by TALPA is processed for the purpose of communicating with you in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law. At this stage, your contact data (e-mail/phone number or other) that you will provide according to your preference will be processed only for the purpose of communicating with you, and this data will not be shared with third parties.
• Data Collection Method and Legal Reason: Your personal data is collected over electronic systems in line with the above-mentioned purposes and is processed based on legal reasons, as it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller, within the framework of Article 5 of the Law.
You have the rights listed in Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data.
You can submit your applications regarding your rights to our Association via talpa@talpa.org e-mail address in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Statement on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
